A Few Questions to Sit With
Are you longing for a place to pause — to step out of momentum and simply BE for a while?
Do you feel tired of holding everything together, and wish for space to breathe, feel, and soften?
Are you craving more aliveness, expression, or creative movement in your life?
Do you sense energy waiting to be lived — something in you that wants to move, play, or unfold?
Are you moving through a demanding or uncertain phase and longing for steadiness rather than solutions?
Would it help to meet what you’re living with more grounding, stability, and inner support?
If one or more of these questions meets something true in you, you’re invited to begin where you are.

A Gentle Orientation
I work with people — and with life — through psychology, presence, creativity, ancient wisdom and lived experience.
Some of my work offers space to pause, rest, and listen.
Some invites vitality, expression, and creative movement.
Some supports steadiness, resilience, and the capacity to move through demanding times.
All of it is rooted in one shared inquiry:
How do we stay grounded, alive, and whole — in the midst of real life?
The Haven
A space for rest, reflection, and inner work.
The Haven is for those moments when something within you asks to slow down.
It is a place for 1:1 sessions, inner journeys, and gentle but deep transformation.
This is not about fixing yourself.
It is about listening, regulating, remembering, and reconnecting.
If you are longing for deeper connection — with yourself, with others, with life —
you may wish to begin by joining the Haven Circle.
For those seeking more personalised or in-depth work, The Haven also offers
1:1 sessions and inner journeys, held with care and respect for your rhythm
Spiral Alive
A space for vitality, expression, and life force.
Spiral Alive is for those moments when something within you wants to move, breathe, and feel more alive — to sense more, express more, and meet life with curiosity and awe.
This is not about pushing yourself or becoming someone else.
It is about reconnecting with your energy, creativity, and inner rhythm, and allowing what is alive in you to find expression.
You may meet this work through shared practices and seasonal reflections, through the Alive Diary as a living companion, or more personally, in conversation and guided presence.
If you are longing to feel more present, expressive, and alive, you may find your way into Spiral Alive.
Root & Rise
A space for grounding, stability, and emergence.
Root & Rise is for those moments when life feels demanding, uncertain, or heavy — when what’s needed is not more effort, but steadiness, support, and the capacity to move through.
This is not about fixing or overcoming.
It is about grounding, integrating, and staying with what is — allowing clarity, strength, and direction to emerge over time.
Some people meet this work through the Emergence membership, returning regularly to practices that support resilience and inner stability. Others stay close through the Rise podcast — a space for reflection, insight, and shared inquiry. And some choose to explore this work more personally, through 1:1 sessions, held with care and respect for your pace.
If you are longing to meet this phase of your life with more grounding, steadiness, and inner support, you may find your way into Root & Rise.
How I Work
My background is in psychology (PhD), leadership, mindfulness and resilience — but my way of working is human first.
I combine this foundation with my shamanic training and my art practice, allowing different ways of knowing to meet and inform one another.
My work draws from:
Science, psychology, and neuroscience — as Dr. Inmaculada Adarves-Yorno
Embodied practices and psychological integration — as Dr. Inma
Ancestral wisdom, shamanic journeys, art and symbolic imagination — as Inma Luna
Lived experience, relationship, and presence — as simply Inma
These identities coexist because human experience is complex — and it asks to be met through science, embodiment, symbolism, and relationship alike.
